There are three ways to report an outage. Choose the option that works best for you.
1. Use the SmartHub app on your phone. Reporting outages on your SmartHub app is super quick and easy. Just click “Report an Issue/Inquiry” at the top of your home screen. Don’t have the app yet? Click here. Need help getting started? Click here.
2. Call 660-679-3131 or 800-889-6832. You may report your outage by calling 660-679-3131 or 800-889-6832. (Please keep in mind that during a major outage event, you may experience busy signals. Please be patient and periodically try your call again or one of the other reporting options. Dispatchers and crews will work diligently to make sure every call is answered and power is restored to each member as quickly as possible.)
3. Text your outage to 660-209-2980 (Must be registered) To register, text REG to 660-209-2980. This must be done from a number that is associated with your Osage Valley account. (A phone number can be added to your account by calling the office during business hours.) After you have registered your number, you may text OUT to 660-209-2980 to report an outage.
